💼 About the Role: What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Event Assistant , you'll be on the front lines of community-based events that raise awareness and support meaningful causes. You'll work with a passionate team to coordinate events, engage with the public, and help nonprofit campaigns succeed.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of nonprofit events, charity fundraisers, and outreach efforts
• Assist with event logistics , including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and tear-down
• Represent nonprofit partners through face-to-face engagement with donors and community members
• Promote awareness by sharing key messages at live events and activations
• Help manage event materials, track inventory, and coordinate communication needs
• Collect donor info, support data tracking, and assist with post-event follow-up
• Collaborate with team members and nonprofit partners to ensure smooth, successful events
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to develop your skills in event coordination and public engagement
