Job Description
Coastal Communications Corporation, a leading 50-year B2B print magazine publisher, has an immediate opening for an expert, onsite, full-time Editor in its Boca Raton, Florida corporate office (this is not a remote position).
Must be highly organized and proficient in English with very strong writing, proofreading and copyediting skills for print media required as well as knowledge of AP Style. The candidate should also be proficient on the Macintosh OS, including working knowledge of Adobe CC (InCopy), Microsoft Office, Google docs and familiarity with online platforms such as WordPress. Must have at least 2-3 years magazine or related editorial experience and be comfortable working on a variety of tasks simultaneously, capable of multitasking and working under deadlines.
Job responsibilities:
Work with publisher, editorial team and creative director throughout the editorial process and final production of three print and online magazines for the meetings and conventions industry.
Duties to include:
Visit for information about our company and magazines.
9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
