About the Role

We are seeking an AI-Powered Game Developer & Designer who is passionate about integrating artificial intelligence into game development. In this role, you will leverage Generative AI (AIGC), Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, and other AI techniques to revolutionize game design, content generation, and automation. Your work will help shape level design, narrative generation, intelligent NPC behavior, and AI-assisted game art, pushing the boundaries of innovation in game development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI technologies to assist in game development, including automated level design, quest and storyline generation, NPC behavior modeling, and AI-driven gameplay mechanics.
• Research and implement Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, DALLE, GANs) to enable automated content generation for text, images, music, and voice.
• Apply machine learning and reinforcement learning to optimize character intelligence, enemy AI strategies, and automated game testing.
• Design and develop AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency in game development, such as AI-assisted art tools, script generation systems, and smart level editors.
• Stay ahead of cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning) and integrate them into game development pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to explore and implement AI-driven innovations in game production.
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance and ensure the quality and consistency of AI-generated content.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Game Development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Stable Diffusion, or OpenAI APIs, with hands-on experience in AI-generated content (AIGC).
• Strong game development experience, familiar with Unity or Unreal Engine, and proficient in C++, Python, or C#.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI applications in game development, including text, image, music, and 3D asset generation.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, behavior trees, state machines, and pathfinding techniques for game AI design.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills to effectively work with designers, artists, and engineers.
• Passion for games and a strong desire to innovate at the intersection of AI and game development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing games utilizing AI-generated content (AIGC), such as AI-driven storytelling, AI-generated art, or procedural level generation.
• Track record of leading or contributing to AI-integrated game projects or showcasing AI-driven game prototypes.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for AI-powered NPC dialogues and narrative generation.
• Knowledge of AI-powered 3D modeling and animation techniques for game development.
• Publications or contributions to AI + gaming research or open-source projects.
