We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and migration of a higher-education client from Ellucian Banner (on-premise) to Banner SaaS . This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering a smooth transition to a modern, cloud-native student information system. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Banner SaaS migration project within scope, schedule, and budget. Serve as liaison between the client, internal teams, Ellucian, and any third-party vendors. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules. Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting. Ensure effective change management and user readiness for SaaS adoption. Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning activities. Drive adherence to SaaS best practices and security/compliance standards. Requirements: 5+ years of project management experience in IT or ERP implementations. Proven experience leading Ellucian Banner implementations or upgrades; SaaS migration experience strongly preferred . Understanding of higher education business processes and student information systems. Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Experience with Ellucian partners, integrations, or modules (e.g., Banner Finance, HR, Student) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Ellucian Cloud, Banner SaaS deployment tools, or Ellucian Ethos is highly desirable.
