Job Description

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Department: Observation Unit
• Shift Timing: 07:00 - 19:30

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• ssess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• EOW, EOH; Telemetry background required; at least 1.5 yrs of med/surg experience; No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short (<1/4 ); may need to float to sites within 40 miles
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
• Required minimum of 1.5 years of Experience.
