Unit Notes
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

**Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract. **
**Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.**
* * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * *

Call may be needed.
Job Details: Must have knowledge of neuro IR, dialysis patients, familiar with catheters, guide wires, stroke patients, diagnostic x-rays. Would be a plus if they can do c-arm studies in surgery, but not required. IR equipment is axiom artis (Siemens)
