Clinical Therapist (Remote)

As a Clinical Therapist with Backpack Healthcare, you will:

• Provide virtual therapy to children, teens, and families via secure telehealth

• Conduct intake assessments , develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions

• Maintain timely clinical documentation in our easy-to-use EHR

• Participate in individual and group supervision (for residents)

• Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to support outcomes

• Fully licensed or pre-licensed (e.g., LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, LMFT, LCMFT)

• Experienced in working with children, adolescents, or families
• Skilled in virtual care, documentation, and communication

• Passionate about providing inclusive, trauma-informed therapy
• Based in Maryland, Virginia, Michigan, or Georgia (Illinois coming soon!)

• Licensed Therapists: $65,000 – $85,000/year (FT equivalent), based on experience and location

• Resident Therapists: Competitive hourly rate + full licensure supervision

• W2 employment – includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k)
